No! This is the entire premise of our philosophy. We come to you and do the work at your site so there is no pick up or delivery charge. If your equipment requires parts that have to be ordered, or we need to take the unit with us, there is no extra trip charge. You just pay for parts and labor.
Sometimes we have slots open for same day repairs while other times we are packed for upto a week! Call to check availability
The deposit policy we have is to ensure our workers get paid for showing up and doing an inspection, Your required to sign an agreement sheet on arrival stating that you will pay the deposit fee even if the work cannot be done or completed due to damage or services outside our scope, The deposit covers our workers time traveling to and from the location aswell as inspecting, Inspection is required to ensure our workers can safely complete the work, In rare cases our workers will return without an additonal deposit fee, This includes Part Installation and Warranity work IF the conditions are met otherwise you will still be charged a deposit fee
A Combo service is a promotional discount for 2 or more services! The combo services chosen will be a single team performing the services therfor all services need tobe performed at the same location.
We allow people to book there appointment upto a month in advanced.
The mobile fee is something we added to allow our workers to service areas outside our service radius!, For each KM outside our 10km service radius area we charge an additonal $0.50 (0.25 in, 0.25 out)
No, Durhams Mobile Services does not hire people we are mainly a lead & advertising company we allow people to work under our umbrella we advertise services to the public and book you one of our partners who can solve your issues, Most of our workers are self employed people and our platform allows them to find more work!
The agreement sheet is signed to ensure we have permission to work & that you agree to certain terms and conditions, These terms and condition vary from service to service, however there are some standard terms such as you agree to pay the deposit fee even if the work cannot be completed, Again its rare that this happens however its to covers our workers time & travel cost aswell as the dispatch callers time, Our workers will always try there best to help you when a worker says for example its not worth rebuilding an engine because you can buy a whole new unit for cheaper depending on the brand those words are very much true! The choice is still yours if we can do the work! ho
Yes! of course you will receive an invoice as we also require the workers to give us an invoice of the job when we dispatch them to! All Invoices are filled under durhams mobile services for any services we lead, We then pay the worker a percentage of the invoice.
