Service Deposits Policies
All serivces require $40-$80 dispatch DEPOSIT and SIGNATURE on the AGREEMENT SHEET before we start the work, Your deposit goes towards the service if inspection checks out, If a service cannot be performed the dispatch deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, This is rare and in most cases we give the best advice we can sometimes its worth buying something new rather then repair it and we will let you know if this is the case. Your deposit is paying for the inspection and the workers time & fuel to come out an do that inspection.
Dispatch Depsoit
Dispatch deposit covers our workers time traveling TO and FROM the service location aswell as fuel cost.
The dispatch deposit also covers the inspection that is required before we perform a service, This is required to ensure the service wanted can be provided
If a service cannot be performed due to extended issues and/or unprovided services needed the dispatch deposit is non-refundable
Part Depsoit
Some services may require special parts therfore they have tobe custom ordered. ALL part orders must be paid in full before we order them. We will arrage a time to return and install the part with NO additional charges. Once the part has been ordered we CANNOT and will NOT refund you for ANY reason this is due to the fact that we are not the seller of these parts, We are simply a 3rd party when it comes to handling part orders, We always let the custom know the ETA of the delivery for the part in rare cases where a part is put on back order and the wait is to long we can cancel the order and refund 50%-75% of the cost this is due to fees when canceling a part order.
